Error Message: Error 14030: The local license file has been destroyed



Solution 1:

The related permission is not enough, please follow up the steps below to grant the full permission.

a. Right click the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot folder, select the Properties items and select the Security tab page;

b. Add Everyone group if it is not listed in the box "Group or user names";

c. Grant Full Control permission to the everyone group.

d. Check whether the license.appeon(C:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\AEM\bin) has been granted with full permission.

e. Restart the IIS.

Solution 2:

a. Backup the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\AEM\db\t_pb_ini.dat.

b. Install the same Appeon server version to another machine, and copy the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\AEM\db\t_pb_ini.dat from the problematic machine to the new machine.

d. Restart the IIS.

Solution 3: If both of the solutions can't resolve this issue, you need to uninstall the Appeon server and then reinstall it.
