Steps to correctly run applications after you upgrade Appeon 2015 Build 0256 to a higher version

After you upgrade your Appeon 2015 Build 0256 to a higher version, please follow the steps below to run the application: 1. Close all Web browsers. 2. Uninstall the Appeon multi-browser plugin from the Control Panel. 3. Run the application. Otherwise you would not be able to uninstall the Appeon multi-browser plugin correctly, and this would cause a blank page when you run the application in Chrome.
If you already encountered this issue, please solve it by following the steps below: 1. End the AppeonMultiBrowserLauncher32.exe process in the Task Manager. 2. Run the application. | |
