Phenomenon: In the Connection Cache, when selecting the Connection Type the related information such as the Database Host, Database Port and Database Name aren't displayed (see the picture below).

Cause Analysis: The URL of the application hasn't been added into the Trusted Site in IE.

Solution: 

Step 1: Add the URL of the application into the Trusted Site in IE.

Step 2: Go to IE > Tools > Compatibility View settings to add your web site to be displayed in the compatibility view.
