The solution for the issue "Your license is not activated within the valid period, or your license activation fails for changing the system time, please confirm and then re-apply for the license"

Phenomenon: After applying the license file successfully and return to the licensing page you get the message “Your license is not activated within the valid period, or your license activation fails for changing the system time, please confirm and then re-apply for the license"”.

Cause: The license file is regarded as invalid due to some reasons.

Solution: Please provide us the following information to fix this issue.

  1. Click the Activate button to generate the license.activation.bin file and send it to us.
  2. Provide us the license.appeon file you are currently using.
  3. Provide us the screenshot of the Licensing page.
