The solution for the issue "The uploaded license file is invalid"

Phenomenon: Run into the issue "The uploaded license file is invalid" after applying the license file.

Cause: The license file is incorrect due to some reasons.

Solution: Please provide us the following information to fix this issue.

  1. Click the Activate button to generate the license.activation.bin file and send it to us.
  2. Provide us the license.appeon file you are currently using.
  3. Provide us the screenshot of the Licensing page.
